  • Q. How does your service work?
    GIMME Golf Travel provides white glove golf travel booking services for your dream vacation. We also package together great deals on golf rounds and lodging options to create the best-priced custom golf packages. In addition to tee times, we help with travel, accommodations, and events to round our your trip. You can use our service to book tee times or arrange a complete package that can also include a rental car if you choose.
  • Q. What if one of the members of my group can't make it?
    GIMME Golf Travel's cancellation policy is flexible and based on the package we book. There is a $50 non-refundable per-person planning fee after you sign your proposal. Only a $50 fee will apply if the entire package is canceled without penalty from the course. There are always exceptions to this policy due to strict policies at venues (such as no cancellation within 30 days prior to arrival). These restrictions will be noted on your agreement and throughout the planning process. Reducing the number of individuals sharing a home, condominium, or hotel room will result in an increase in the package rate for the remaining occupants. This is due to the fact that the cost of the room will be divided among a smaller number of travelers if someone cancels their reservation.
  • Q. When is full payment due?
    Full payment is due 30 days prior to arrival.
  • Q. Rainouts are fully reimbursed.
    If you encounter unfavorable weather conditions on the day of your scheduled play, we recommend contacting the golf course or our offices in advance. If the pro shop declares your round as a rainout and you have followed the rain-out policy outlined on your voucher, you will receive a complete reimbursement. It's important to note that the majority of golf courses adhere to our policy of full reimbursement. However, if you have selected a golf course that has exceptions to this rule, it will be clearly indicated on your voucher.
  • Q. Can each member of my group pay for his own package?
    Is a GIMME good? Of course! Once the group leader has reserved the package, each member of the group can make individual payments corresponding to their portion of the invoice. The group leader will have a personalized password that grants access to a portal where they can monitor each member's payment status and obtain comprehensive trip information, including tee time bookings.
  • Q. When will I receive my confirmation?
    We will confirm your travel arrangements each step of the way. We will update your comprehensive trip portfolio on our website.
  • Q. How far in advance can I book?

  • Q. When do I need to send the deposit?
    An estimated 20% deposit on custom golf packages is due upon booking.
  • Q. If I book multiple vacation homes, can I expect them to be located adjacent to each other?
    In most instances, we are able to provide information about the proximity of the homes when they are booked. We can inform you if the homes are adjacent, located on the same street, or in close proximity within the same neighborhood. Your dedicated GIMME Golf Travel representative will closely collaborate with you to ensure that you have all the necessary details about the rented homes. If it is not possible to guarantee a specific home location, we will disclose the neighborhood and the home category to you. Rest assured that we will not proceed with the reservation until you are fully satisfied with the provided information.
